Data is only purged from the desktop after it is successfully uploaded to the server, so there is no single point of failure in our product architecture. If the Presensoft server becomes unavailable, the data remains on the desktop until the server comes back on line. Presensoft stores your data for a period of up to seven years even if you stop using our service.

Once received, IM data is saved on an SQL server set and no individual from your company is able to delete data.
