over instant messaging with our proven encryption
technology. If your chat partner’s company
policy permits, you may also be able to safely send
and receive encrypted files.

This file requires you to have at least 6 Mb of
disk space and run Windows NT or higher. Once installed,
IM Privacy Manager will not require you to “do”
anything, and will auto launch whenever you are
speaking with a Presensoft customer using our IM
Privacy Manager compliance and security software.
IM Privacy Manager will only initiate with someone
using our management software and let your conversations
remain protected from unauthorized viewing. To view
a summary of which conversation remains protected
with our software, a IM Privacy Manager management
utility will display in your icon tray.
It is always best to protect your conversations
over public networks – as well as internally,
inside office networks. In most cases, conversations
worth having are worth protecting.

Note: In the case
of AIM networks, new IM sessions will begin with
a blank entry while our reader attempts to check
the other party for our encryption software. This
process will go virtually unnoticed by you and the
other party.
